A large wardrobe and dressing table provide ample storage, while a sparkling glass chandelier and matching bedside lights create a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. Leading off the bedroom is a generous en-suite bathroom, complete with an extra-large shower enclosure, wash basin and WC.

Double doors open directly from the bedroom onto a sunny, private courtyard — an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee while planning the day ahead, or to unwind later in the afternoon sunshine with a glass of your favourite tipple.

On the first floor you’ll find a bright, split-level living area with comfortable seating for two and a dining table. This space flows through to the kitchen and enjoys lovely views across the garden towards the bay. Just a few steps up or down leads to the stylish, contemporary kitchen, which is fully equipped with an oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, small fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster, along with all necessary cutlery, glassware, pots and pans.

The property benefits from modern electric heating for cooler months, and a Dyson bladeless fan is provided for warmer days. A free parking space is available next door at The Grange (cars only), with EV charging available by prior arrangement.
